I would like to wish you and your dear ones a very happy new year. May the year 2022 bring you loads of success and happiness.
At Subex, we had quite an exciting quarter with a lot of action on the ground. To begin with, we successfully hosted our User Conference virtually, which turned out to be the biggest yet, with participation from over 750 delegates spanning across 150 telcos. For those of you who couldn’t make it, we have made the recording links available in this newsletter.

We won 3 prestigious awards during the quarter, including the TM Forum Catalyst Awards and Pipeline Innovation Awards. In addition to this, we also received notable mentions from Gartner, Juniper Research and Appledore Research for capabilities on multiple fronts. All these recognitions truly validate our vision towards Digital Trust and give us the confidence that our portfolio is headed in the right direction.
We also made good progress in our newer areas of business. The first customer on HyperSense platform has gone live and we plan to launch our full Fraud Management offerings on HyperSense during this quarter. We have also seen good momentum for Sectrio and IDcentral range of products, and have onboarded some notable customers in the last quarter.
On the financial front, the delay in closure of a few business contracts in our core has led to the financial numbers for the quarter to be below our expectations. However, with the right strategy and execution, coupled with the traction on the newer areas, we are confident of a positive outcome in the coming times.
We are now geared up for an exciting quarter ahead, and we request your continued support to help us create value for all our customers.
